It is highly flexible and can reach the top of the shelf more than two meters high. The whole process, the robot arm can complete in only two minutes, while the traditional manual side dishes take 10 minutes, the customer's waiting time is greatly shortened. When the robotic arm prepares the dishes, it arrives at the delivery section. In the traditional restaurant, the waiters are very busy, but in the unmanned restaurant, there has long been a delivery robot beside the cooking robotic arm. Wait, get the dish and deliver it to the customer's table without error. In the whole process, we achieved zero mistakes, thanks to the fact that each dish has an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tag similar to an 'ID card'. That is to say, every dish can be tracked, the responsible person can be found if there is a problem, and expired dishes will be automatically discarded, which greatly reduces the food safety risk caused by human work. Because of the real unmanned operation, Haidilao created an automatic pot-mixing machine, which was the most difficult part of pot-mixing. In the drinking area of Haidilao's 'unmanned restaurant', there is an automatic wine cabinet with a height of 3 meters, which can accommodate 1,100 drawers, and there are all kinds of drinks in it. Now in the 'unmanned restaurant', it is replaced by a super dining area, with several rows of seats facing a cinema-level giant projection screen 13 meters wide and 3 meters high. The entire screen is equivalent to a giant game interface, and customers can play games and PK with customers who are waiting around by scanning the code on their mobile phones. In terms of creating a dining environment, the unmanned restaurant is not sloppy, with a 360-degree panoramic stereo projection. There are currently six themes: Starry Sky, Taoyuan Wonderland, Snow Mountain, Oil Painting, Healing, which makes eating hot pot very poetic. It is worth mentioning that customers can also personalize these scenes, and love stories, biographical recaps, and company growth can all be played on the screen. The management system of Haidilao's 'unmanned restaurant' was built in cooperation with Panasonic and Ali. The entire back kitchen console is called: IKMS (Intelligent Kitchen Management System) is like the kitchen's management system. The smart brain, by collecting data from all aspects of the smart kitchen, and performing multi-dimensional analysis on the data, monitors the overall operation status, production status, inventory status, and shelf life status of the kitchen in real time, and manages the smart kitchen in a unified manner. On the monitoring screen in the store, you can not only see the operation of each machine and each link, but also monitor the remaining number of dishes in real time and whether there are expired dishes for more than 48 hours.
