Let you kitchen smarter, Make your life easier.
Rice cooker is one of the indispensable household appliances in people's life. This cooker converts electric energy into heat energy and can cook, steam, stew and other cooking methods for food. The most common rice cookers on the market include automatic heat preservation, timed heat preservation, microcomputer control and new remote control smart rice cookers. Interestingly, the patent for 'smart rice cooker' was applied for as early as 1999, but this patent has nothing to do with intelligence, so the patent was not approved. The smart rice cooker is actually a product developed in the past ten years. Before 2000, there were very few things that could be called intelligence, and most of the intelligence only appeared in movies. So what are the pain points of traditional rice cookers that we need to solve by 'intelligence'? I have roughly summed up three aspects: 1. It is difficult to control the time for adding the materials needed for cooking. Even though many smart rice cookers already have the function of mobile phone control, in the final analysis, it is only to control the original control on the rice cooker. The button is only transferred to the screen of the mobile phone. The raw materials needed for cooking rice and porridge still have to be added manually. For example, you want to cook a bowl of mung bean porridge, but you are outside now, and there is no way to add the porridge to the pot. Mung beans, rice and water, even if your rice cooker has a remote control function, it is very embarrassing to cook without rice, even if you have planned to cook mung bean porridge in advance and have prepared the raw materials and set the timing , but these materials may be at risk of deterioration after soaking in water for a long time, and the taste of the finished product will inevitably be greatly reduced. 2. There is no way to control the amount of cooking. As mentioned above, if the smart rice cooker can add rice by itself, it will be perfect, and it is also necessary to control the amount of water added. Controlling the amount of water is equivalent to controlling the taste of rice or porridge. The cooked rice is soft Whether it is hard, whether the porridge is thin or thick can be controlled by controlling the amount of water inflow. This function is still very practical. 3. Add seasonings during the cooking process. For stewed or boiled dishes, not all the ingredients are put into the pot at the beginning of cooking, but the time to add them will be selected according to the characteristics of different ingredients, as well as the seasoning. The ingredients should also be added according to the time. Just like when cooking eight-treasure porridge, you can put some difficult-to-cook ingredients first, then add the easier-to-cook ingredients after a period of time, and finally add seasonings. This kind of function is more suitable for complex cooking, but in this way, the design of smart rice cookers will be more difficult, and the volume will be relatively large. Looking back at the development of smart appliances in recent years, it is neither fast nor slow. The development of Internet of Things technology has opened up the link between mobile phones and smart home appliances, and the new interactive mode has given us a new experience. Back to smart rice cookers, a large number of Chinese people came to Japan to buy rice cookers in the past few years. This aspect can reflect Japanese technology. After all, it is the country that invented the rice cooker. On the other hand, it shows that the Chinese people are 'not confident' about the domestic rice cooker, so I also hope that Chinese entrepreneurs can overtake in the corner when smart home appliances are in the ascendant. The Japanese are also rushing to buy products.
